Insurance

We'll help you navigate the insurance side of collision repair.

You can choose your repair shop

Your insurer may recommend a facility, but you may choose where your vehicle is repaired.

What is an insurance estimate?

An initial estimate often reflects visible damage and can change when hidden collision damage is found.

What is a supplement?

A supplement documents additional repair needs discovered after the initial estimate.

What should I have ready?

Your contact information, vehicle year/make/model, claim number if available, insurer information and photos are useful.

Direct Repair Programs at Both Locations

Executive Collision participates in direct repair programs and preferred repair networks with insurance companies and claims-management organizations. These relationships can help streamline estimates, documentation, supplements, approvals and other details related to your repair.

How direct repair works

When Executive Collision participates in your insurer's or claims administrator's direct repair program, we can often communicate directly with them throughout the repair. That can mean fewer steps for you and more streamlined handling of estimates, supplemental damage discovered during repairs, documentation and approvals.

Don’t see your insurance company listed? No problem. You have the right to choose your repair shop.

A direct repair program is intended to simplify the claims and repair process; it does not mean you are required to use the shop recommended by your insurance company.

These direct repair relationships are available at both our Eagleville and Flourtown locations.
